Your tasks
- Organization and coordination of domestic and international transport, including freight registration
- Preparation and provision of shipping and customs documents in compliance with the currently valid customs regulations
- Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of customer orders
- Handling package delivery, package deliveries and SAP logistics processes
- Handling customer inquiries about deliveries and complaints
- Monitoring of legal requirements in the area of air freight/air shipment
That's what you bring
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the logistics sector
- Several years of experience in shipping
- Profound knowledge in the area of customs and foreign trade
- Forklift license and responsible working methods
- Good written and spoken English skills
