Your tasks
- Management and control of the entire production in the foundry in compliance with quality, cost and schedule requirements
- Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and development of the team
- Optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring high cast quality
- Efficient use of resources, budget control and minimization of production losses
- Key users in SAP for smooth order processing
That's what you bring
- Technical education with continuing education (e.g. technician specialising in foundry technology, foundry master) or studies (foundry technology, production technology)
- Several years of experience in iron foundry, ideally in smelters, molding plants and core making
- Experience in employee management and implementation of lean management methods (e.g. KVP)
- Knowledge of project management and process improvements
- Very good organizational and planning skills
