FRISCHHUT - The cast iron experts
At FRISCHHUT, everything revolves around cast iron – since almost 75 years. Today around 80 employees produce spheroidal (ductile) and grey cast iron at its own foundry in Neumarkt-St. Veit, Germany. A large part of the products are required by the company to manufacture its own products, mainly fittings for the water and sewage industry. The castings are processed in its own plant in Pfarrkirchen, Germany, and are provided with a coating of epoxy powder by way of an environmentally-friendly fluidized bed or spraying method.

However, in Pfarrkirchen, Germany, castings supplied as part of customer orders can also be processed with modern CNC processing centers, coated and tested with up to 25 bars internal pressure.
As the company can react particularly flexible with its own foundry, commission processing such as high-quality castings for safety-related applications in mechanical engineering, reinforced concrete and bridge construction, as well as special fittings are increasingly gaining in importance. Individual parts, small series or oversized components weighing up to one ton, can be produced in the hand moulding shop.
With its unique combination of traditional manual work, a modern laboratory for quality assurance and the research opportunities the company is also able to complete difficult projects punctually and reliably.
