Your tasks
- Professional and disciplinary management of foundry employees
- Ensuring a smooth production process while maintaining quality, punctuality and work safety
- Monitoring and optimization of production processes as well as continuous improvement
- Involvement in the planning and introduction of new manufacturing technologies
- Preparation and evaluation of relevant production figures
- Cooperation with adjacent departments to optimize casting quality and processes
That's what you bring
- Completed training as a foundry mechanic or comparable
- Desirable: Further training to become an industrial foundry master
- Alternatively: many years of foundry experience with initial management experience
- High level of initiative, leadership and solution-oriented thinking
- Safe handling of key figures and ideally experience with an ERP system
