Your tasks
- Maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating, electrical appliances and lighting
- Garden and outdoor maintenance, e.g. lawn mowing, hedge trimming and winter maintenance (snow removal and sprinkling)
- Inspection of technical systems and reporting major damage to the maintenance manager
- Minor renovation work, e.g. painting or laying floor coverings, etc.
- Administrative tasks, e.g. meter reading, checking fire extinguishers, etc.
That's what you bring
- Completed vocational training in a construction trade profession (e.g. mason, painter, plant mechanic) or comparable qualification
- Basic knowledge of the building trade (walls, lifting, painting, janitorial and cleaning activities)
- Ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility, reliability and a thorough way of working
