Senior Lean Manager

Develop our two plants Parish churches & Neumarkt-Sankt Veit continue according to the lean principles and contribute your experience in lean management to the design of production processes.

Your tasks
- Management of individual production teams to sustainably stabilize redesigned processes in practice using lean principles and to create the basis for further improvements
- Analysis & evaluation of current production and logistics processes
- Development and implementation of lean projects in processes
- Training of employees, as well as implementation of workshops
That's what you bring
- Experience in leading production teams using lean principles, methods & tools
- Proven success in designing production or logistics processes according to the principles and methods of lean management
- Completed degree or relevant basic education
- Many years of experience in lean management, as well as specific continuing education
- Six Sigma Green Belt by advantage
- Initiative, willingness to learn & good communication skills
