Pattern Making

Maintenance of existing patterns, building new one on model plates, and also sizing and attachment of section and feed systems.

We manufacture pattern setups for our customers, according to the usual norms and the newest prior art. As model material we use styrofoam, wood, synthetic resin, plastic block-material and metal. The model material is in consultation with the customer selected, depending on quantity, forming process and dimension. The section and feed system and also the best configuration of the model plates, is already regarded at the model planning.

Managing of model plates:
All pattern setups are properly stored in the shelfs of our pattern storage, with a capacity of 12.000 places, and managed with an EDV system.
